Private Class Program

In a Private Class the student gets the teacher’s personalized attention and assistance to explore more advanced postures, learning to overcome any roadblocks. This deepens into your practice and specific poses than would be possible in a public class. It also means learning ways to modify poses based on therapeutic needs from injuries or illnesses.

Our Private Class Programs Include:

- The fundamentals of posture, alignment, breath and philosophy
- Exploring specific areas of interest and more complex asanas
- Great for lower spine related and slipped-disc issues and learning to tap into the core strength
-  Yoga Therapy : Use yoga to heal. Specifically targeted to de-stress and for therapeutic needs.


- Pre-natal/ Post-natal : Specific poses for your changing body and a healthy pregnancy 

      During pregnancy, you want to stay in shape and do what is best for your baby-to-be. Pre-natal Yoga is a wonderful way to do both. Whether you are new to yoga or already an experienced practitioner, you can enjoy the benefits of yoga during pregnancy. Yoga classes are a great way to prepare yourself for the birthing process as well as enjoy the company and share the experiences of other pregnant women. Yoga can help women get through their pregnancy with minimal discomfort. Generally, pregnant mums who practice yoga appear healthier, both in mind and body. Their bodies are more flexible, which enables them to adapt to various positions when in labour and the ligaments are more elastic, which in turn can help to reduce labour pain. Yoga help to boost circulation and also help with fluid retention. The stretching exercises relieve aches and ease back problems, which are common in pregnant women.

    Posture is also improved by yoga. Yoga helps to prepare for the birth - it encourages breath and body awareness, reduces worry and teaches women to adapt to new situations.
      Yoga continues to have benefits after pregnancy, too. Post-natal Yoga, which can be started about six weeks after the birth (natural), strengthens abdominal muscles and your pelvic floor. It also helps you to get back to your pre-pregnancy shape faster.
